Peggy Granger, Principal contact
During 25 years in training and development, Peggy has partnered with industries across the United States and around the world.
Her start was at Philip Crosby Associates, the training and consulting company headed by Philip Crosby, the late quality guru. She was a regular Instructor at Crosby’s Quality College, facilitating Quality Management seminars, and as a consultant she guided implementations for a wide range of industries.
As Director of Organizational Development for Weatherford, Peggy headed their quality improvement efforts while they grew tenfold. Under her direction, the initiative saved the company millions of dollars annually and created marketplace differentiation for Weatherford’s quality.
As a community volunteer, Peggy spearheaded a grassroots effort, The Army Family program, at Fort McClellan, AL, which became a model for United States Army policy towards military families in the 1980's.
Prior to entering the business world, Peggy was an adjunct professor at Sogang University in Seoul, Korea, and at St. Leo’s College in Hampton, Virginia.
